This graphic project with plastic film started with shadows thrown by a small sketchy sculpture intended to represent a dancing couple. The shadows make clear that this couple is angry, that the two are fighting each other. The dance is a fight for positions and for distance, not a dance of love.

Shadows reveal aspects of the objects that light cannot show. These shadows are as living and active as the object in itself. They also are indispensable. Shadows are not the negative, unreal, aspect of a thought real world. The world of shadows has it’s own range of shape and colours.
